One of the most prestigious authors and dear to us, Milan Kundera,
returns to the fore with his new novel, “La fête
de l’insignifiance”
In 2000 the author published “Ignorance” but after fourteen years of
silence Kundera ends his retirement with a novel that is characterized by a
musical structure that the author has painstakingly created. Also important is
the lightness of this work, which is nothing more than pure appearance.
Despite his retirement, the author hasn’t lost a drop of his
characteristic mastery. The novel has been a success in countries where it
already has been published. For example, some critics have said it is a party
of intelligence.

catorce años de silencio, pues fue el año 2000 el último en ver publicado uno
de sus libros, La ignorancia, el
autor checo rompe su retiro con una novela que se caracteriza por su aparente
ligereza, pero, sobre todo, por una estructura musical que Kundera ha perfilado
al detalle.
Pese a
este retiro, lo cierto es que Kundera no ha perdido ni una gota de maestría y
en aquellos países en los que la novela ya ha sido publicada se ha convertido
en todo un éxito tanto de público como de crítica que la ha catalogado de ser
“una fiesta de la inteligencia”.
